Gangam style costume 1
The second look features a mostly black outfit.Top:You will need a tuxedo style suit. The jacket on the video has a satin look to it and has what looks like sequin trimming. Underneath that is a stylish black shirt. There is a cool white untied bow detail which really makes this look stand out (besides the Gangnam style hopping). Don't forget the cool glasses! You can get all of these in most clothing stores.
Bottom: Pants are also black and can be bought in clothing stores.
Shoes: Cool fancy gangster looking white and black shoes. You can probably get them in costume stores.

Gangnam style costume 2 - blue jacket
A few days ago these jackets were impossible to get on the internet but thanks to PSY popularity, more and more are popping out - well somewhat similar.You could just opt for a blue jacket (preferably from a costume store or eBay - Dumb and Dumber costume is the closest fit) and add the black details.
You will also need white shirt and a black bow tie.
